Rapid Deal Syndication (RDS) is a monthly virtual event hosted by Envest where members present portfolio companies seeking syndication to other Envest members. This is an ideal opportunity if you're seeking to conclude an ongoing round.

Only Envest members can submit deals to Rapid Deal Syndication.

You or another investor at your fund must be present at the RDS meeting to present the deal to other members.

Please RSVP to the calendar invite and fill out this form to submit any deals for consideration at the next RDS meeting.

Deal Guidelines:

Members can only present companies they have already committed investment to
All deals must have started their fundraising round within 90 days before or 30 days after the RDS date
All submitted presentations will be re-formatted and we will provide a final copy before the RDS with your presentation time

Presentation Guidelines:

RDS calls are for investors only- no company members can present or attend
All companies must be presented using our RDS format in the interest of time and efficiency- this 2-minute format will be provided if your deal is selected to present
